What does Sweeper do?

Sweeper lets you find and replace text across your SHOPLINE product catalog in bulk. Instead of editing products one by one, you create a rule (the text to find and the text to replace it with) and Sweeper applies it across all matching products for you.

Which product fields can Sweeper update?

Sweeper works on product content such as titles and descriptions. You define a rule and run it; Sweeper scans your products, matches the text, and updates the matching products through the official SHOPLINE Admin API.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new install includes a 1-day free trial with full access to all features — no charge until the trial ends.

How much does Sweeper cost?

After your free trial, Sweeper is $14.99 / month. Billing is handled securely by SHOPLINE; you can subscribe or manage your plan from the billing page inside the App.

How do I subscribe or manage my plan?

Open Sweeper from your SHOPLINE admin and go to the billing page. Click "Subscribe" to choose your plan — SHOPLINE handles checkout, and your access is activated automatically once payment completes.

Will changes be applied immediately?

When you run a rule, Sweeper processes your products and shows live progress (products checked, matched, and updated). Large catalogs may take a little time to finish. We recommend reviewing a rule carefully before running it, since replacements are applied to your live products.

Does Sweeper access my customers' data?

No. Sweeper only works with your product catalog and store-level configuration. It does not collect, store, or process your shoppers' personal data.

How is my data protected?

All communication uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and every request and webhook from SHOPLINE is verified with an HMAC signature. Your access token is stored securely and never shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

When you uninstall Sweeper, SHOPLINE notifies us (about 48 hours later) and we delete the data we hold for your store, including your access token, rules, and job history.
